They went above and beyond for our family. * The location is quiet and just beautiful. * The breakfast buffet, pool, walkability to the beach and a washer/dryer in our room made this stand out. Cons: * Japan is a reservation focused country, we found. We found it a challenge to navigate some of this at this location. If you want to have lunch, for example, you need to make a reservation for the shuttle and a reservation for some of the dining locations - lunch is not provided at this hotel. * "
