In addition, one day our room was not cleaned and the front desk didn’t want to compensate in any manner except that they were “sorry”. Didn’t even offer anything to help rectify the mistake."

"Mixed review here. The pros - spectacular hotel grounds, beautiful design, peaceful setting, amazing view. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure guests were happy. Breakfast was good. Pool is beautiful. The kids club is great and was a favorite for young ones. The cons - rooms are very basic. Nothing special about them. We chose the Iris room because we were told that it’s the largest. The room is indeed huge, but very poorly designed. Moreover, it’s a safe room, which means...

"This is very much a hidden gem. It was like a little oasis. We especially enjoyed the pool, hottub and jacuzzi. The place was very clean and the area very quiet.
