"The young men and women working valet were polite and helpful. The place is in a perfect location for walking downtown Memphis. Kept very clean and my room was cleaned everyday. My only negative, my bathroom sink was slow to drain and since my room was cleaned everyday, housekeeping must have known about this. The batteries in my tv remote stopped working and the front desk said they would send someone up and two hours later at 10pm, I called and ask they fix it the next day. They never did come to fix it, went out and bought my own batteries."

"I booked this room as a two-day getaway for more birthday, and it was the most relaxing 2 days EVER! First, the room is BEAUTIFUL! Definitely my type of aesthetic! Everything from the bedroom to the bathroom was just the type of luxury I needed. I’m born and raised in Memphis and felt like I was out of town. The linens…SO SOFT and plush. I literally almost slept my second day away. The tv stayed on the National Geographic channel the whole stay because I honestly didn’t even care to move! I slept like a newborn baby and I learned a whole lot about sharks that weekend. Lol. I can’t wait to do this again. And I shall not wait until my next birthday to do it either! Thank you ARRIVE!"

"it was perfect for our 2 day trip. I was able to walk everywhere where was needed . It was close to all the restaurants . There was a lot of homeless people but they never bothered me nor asked for money . Right outside the hotel was the trolly . It was a beautiful stay and trip . The hotel was quiet and beds was comfortable. Room matched the description. We will definitely be back to stay ."
