Rooms very spacious and clean. Service top notch! Staff went above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. Miguel at the concierge was amazing! Also liked to mention Karen who helped me decorate the room for my little ones birthday thank you! You were awesome. Ramon by the pool provided us with exceptional service. All the restaurants are very good with quality food. Thank you Garza Blanca we had a blast!

My husband and I just got back last night from staying at Riu Vallarta. All in all, we loved it! Only one issue, really. The food was awful. No matter what restaurant you went to.
But the service was great. Bartenders were amazing! All the staff was awesome. The rooms were so-so. The beds didn’t come with a comforter or duvet or anything but we had an extra blanket in the closet so whatever.

The staff were polite and the room kept clean. The food at the buffet was good but the restaurants not as good. The resort could be an excellent one if they use cones to restrict deep coat swimming and at night to use lights for the beach for night swimming (weather permitting) and beach shows.
