"I don't know where to begin, but this is the nicest hotel we have enjoyed in Jerusalem. The staff was incredible. The room is modern, comfortable and relaxing. AC and instant hot water, but with giant windows if you prefer. The architecture is stunning in the views from the tower that you can go to at the top let you view all of the old city. The only thing is the staff is extremely unwelcoming, many of them give the feeling that if you ask something it's a burden for them. Unwilling to service even though this is their job and that's what they are there to do. I love the hotel and the property but I will probably not come back to this hotel and I will choose another of many good hotels in Jerusalem."
