"Fabulous hotel and very attentive and professional staff. Exciting history and luxurious amenities. Highly recommended! The only blemish was that our room had a view to the service road/entry and a wall. Not quite what we expected in an over 400-dollars-per-night room on top of a hill. It was a holiday weekend that explains a bit of the pricing."

Las tortas que ofrecían eran hechas en casa, y los croissants se deshacían en la boca. La ubicación ideal, con una vista preciosa de Cortona. Una verdadera villa toscana. Sí creo que deben remodelar los baños. La ducha era muy incómoda y el lavatorio tenía una fuga. Al alfombra de la escalera se ve bastante gastada, así como unos muebles. "This property met all our needs for a one night stay. It is conveniently located near the train station and near the old town area. The people we encountered were friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices were plentiful and the breakfast area on the rooftop patio was beautiful. The only negative was that the walks of the room were thin and we could hear neighbors quite a bit. "

"Amazing time. This hotel looks straight out of a movie. We got our rooms upgraded to a suite when we arrived. I couldn’t say enough amazing things about it. We stayed one night and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. Highly recommend. The receptionist was super nice and helped us immensely."

"Could not get tv in English. Didn’t really have much time to watch but there were some down times and would’ve liked to see some news channels I could understand. Our room was excessively warm! I tried the thermostat on the wall to no avail. Brewkfast was warm and inviting. For the most part employees were very nice with a few exceptions. It seemed when they had trouble understand my husband or I they, hmm how should I put it, they seemed irritated. All in all I would recommend the hotel. Great location in the city and great views"
