"Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. The other co-owner kindly offered me our first night complimentary. (Thank you again.). "Could not get tv in English. Didn’t really have much time to watch but there were some down times and would’ve liked to see some news channels I could understand. Our room was excessively warm! I tried the thermostat on the wall to no avail. Brewkfast was warm and inviting. For the most part employees were very nice with a few exceptions. It seemed when they had trouble understand my husband or I they, hmm how should I put it, they seemed irritated. All in all I would recommend the hotel. Great location in the city and great views"
