"We really did enjoy our stay overall, but I want to leave some information that may be helpful. We would go back, but maybe when there is more happening at the resort. Pros: all staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, in-room jacuzzi was nice, we had plenty of towels, complimentary bottled water and snacks in the room were a nice treat, the property is beautiful, restaurants have good food, environment is fun, parking is close, so many guests had dogs and that made us happy :) . Cons: Not happy about the $20 per day resort fee (I knew before I booked, I just don't understand why), in-room coffee was gross and the paper cups provided were flimsy, leaking faucets in the bathroom, dusty carpets around baseboards, service at restaurants was slow but good (could just be because we weren't there on peak days), The Lookout restaurant had a limited menu on Sunday so that was disappointing but our waiter was so nice, lookout glass decking was shattered in some places (eek!). Like I said, these cons are not enough to keep us from going back....it really is a neat place to stay!"

"The room was not well maintained. The shower had mold on the ceiling. Very disappointing."

"I booked my room for Tuesday through Saturday. When I got to the hotel I had to call out for help because no one was at the desk and there was no bell. I had to show the clerk my reservation email because she didn't have record of my booking. The hotel advertises an indoor pool (which was closed for repair) and breakfast each morning (which wasn't served). After checking in I headed up to my room. The stairwell and hallway floors were disgusting. Trash everywhere and it didn't look like the carpets had been cleaned in a while. When I got to my room I only had two pillows, two towels and no toilet paper. I went back down to the desk and the clerk gave me additional items and toilet paper. After my first night I went out to sightsee. When I returned to the hotel my key card didn't work so I went to the front desk where I was told that I should have checked out that morning. Again I showed my booking confirmation and the issue was corrected. I got up to my room and my belongings were thankfully still in the room. During my stay, housekeeping did not clean my room or replace linens once. I had to swap out dirty towels with the front desk. The only saving grace about my stay was the cost of the booking and the helpful front desk staff I dealt with."

"The towels were stained! Walked all the way to the front desk where the front attendant was not friendly at all, and got 2 more and they were stained. Room itself was fine. The door didn’t extend all the way to the ground, so there was about an inch space open at the bottom. It cost $100 to stay there, and wouldn’t stay there again."

"Avoid at all costs. The photos used to advertise this hotel are completely misleading, the real rooms look nothing like what’s shown online. The condition of the property was unacceptable. My room was dirty and in poor repair: water-stained ceilings, cracked walls, holes near fixtures, and burned electrical outlets. One room didn’t even have a smoke detector, and had exposed extension cords and electrical tape connecting a makeshift LED lighting fixture. It felt unsafe and neglected. I ended up leaving and finding other accommodations. Save your time and money, do not stay here."
