"Borneo Tropical Rainforest Resort provided one of the highlights of my Sarawak stay. Breakfast and dinner were both included in my price, and both were incredibly tasty. "We got a free upgrade from a Deluxe room to a Suite, thanks to the friendly staff. Overall had a pleasant stay but amenities wise could be better for a 5-star hotel. Small TV, buzzing humming noise from ceiling."

"First time stay. A little far out but pleasant location. Odd smell permeated the whole apartment. Lots of stray hairs on the floor. Microwave not working. Remote controls all have dead batteries. Sofa was dirty. TV connection extremely bad - "blizzard screen". Beds were comfortable and view out into the sea was fabulous. "
