Schoene Unterkunft, allerdings kein TV und WLAN

Die Unterkunft an sich ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir sind als Familie mit 5 Personen gereist. Negativ war, dass weder TV noch WLAN zur Verfuegung standen. Wir haben dies zwei Tage vor der Anreise erfahren und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass sie versuchen, das Problem schnellstmoeglich zu beheben. Hierfuer wurde uns eine Entschaedigung gezahlt. Leider war es das auch dann. Nach mehrmaligen Anrufen sagte uns dann eine andere Mitarbeiterin, dass definitiv niemand zur Reparatur kommen wird - dafuer haetten wir ja Geld zurueck erhalten. Dies wurde im Vorfeld jedoch nie kommuniziert; wir wurden immer vertroestet, dass man sich darum kuemmert und wir Rueckmeldung erhalten. Bloed, wenn man aus Deutschland kommt, 3 Kinder dabei hat und weder TV noch Internet!
