Love it!
Better then expected! We booked 2 rooms for 4 people. Rooms are large and clean. I have had a great sleep night. Breakfast was very good as well. Polite customer service. The only thing I wish was there is a fridge. My first hotel in Belarus and I really liked it!

The location of the hotel was only a 10-minute walk from the Minsk Arena, where I was attending the European Figure Skating Championships. After that, it was easy to get a no.1 bus into the centre of town for sightseeing. It takes about 40 minutes by taxi to drive to The Sport Time Hotel (I paid £20 in sterling). The hotel has a 2-star rating so the facilities are basic but it’s very clean, warm & the rooms are spacious; it suited my needs perfectly & I would recommend it highly to anyone travelling on a budget. American dollars, Euros & Russian Roubles are readily accepted but the first bank I went to could not change Pounds Sterling & my UK bank couldn’t give me Belarus Roubles! I look forward to another trip to Minsk but in the summer, when I’ll be able to see the meandering river & the many parks; you can’t appreciate how very green this city clearly is when it’s covered with snow & ice!

Nice hotel close to the Minsk Arena
I had a very unpleasant experience as Expedia.co.uk forgot to let the hotel know about my booking (for which I paid in advance). So when I and my child arrived, the hotel staff told us that there was nothing in my name. After I showed them the confirmation of my booking, they started making phone calls and initially said that there was no available room to give us. I was almost in tears as my son was due to take part in a competition the next morning!!!! It was extremely frustrating and I could not even make a phone call or use my phone to email as WiFi was really bad. After about 3 hours of waiting, the hotel staff finally said that Expedia confirmed my booking and they'd prepare the only room available for us.

Much better than expected.
Hotel was very nice, with clean rooms and good breakfast. The hotel isn't within walking distance of the city centre but public transport is very cheap in Minsk.

Simple but comfortable hotel even if the room wasn't cleaned very well; buffet breakfast is good and with a wide choice of savory and sweet food. Hotel is suitable for both long and short stays.

Un endroit que nous adorons
Comme d'habitude nous ne sommes jamais déçu de notre séjour ici, nous avons essayé des hôtels 3 et 4 étoiles à Minsk qui étaient globalement moins intéressant. Le seul défaut ici est la qualité du lit. Pour le reste c'est parfait

Завтрак портит впечатление
Двухкомнатный номер на 4-х. Комнаты новые, кровати хорошие, но санузел!! как в послевоенном госпитале, надеюсь что в будущем им предстоит ремонт, а то белоснежные мягкие полотенца туда не вписываются. Нет холодильника в номере, фен спросили на ресепшн - дали. Завтрак проходит в кафе при отеле. Организация посредственная. Ближе к концу никому нет дела, лежит 2 кусочка засохшей запеканки да и ладно. Нет вилок - кому надо попросят. Сломалась кофемашина - никто даже не поинтересовался.

Good value for money
The hotel was a good value for money, even breakfast was included in the price, though there wasn't a big choice of food but that was ok. They had good fried eggs which I like a lot. The room was very spacious and there were a lot of cupboards and spaces to pack my stuff. There was free wifi in my room. The double bed was comfortable for only me. The bathroom was okay but the shower cabin was leaking water. The staff speaks poorly in English, e.g. the receptionist girl in the early morning spoke only a few words.

У меня с супругой остался только положительный отзыв об этой гостинице. Особенно нам понравилось расположение гостиницы. Нас все устроило уютная гостиница, приветливый персонал, чисто и уютно за приемлемые цены. Единственно еще можем только порекомендовать управляющему гостиницы - расширить немного меню для шведского стола. Гостиница хоть имеет 2 звёзды, но лично я бы дал им оценку гораздо выше. Я повидал 4-х звёздные гостиницы в России, которым ещё нужно работать и работать до уровня этой гостиницы. Быстрый отклик персонала на решение и вопросы проживающих в гостинице, тёплый приём и радушие. Спасибо всему коллективу за хорошо проведенное у вас время.

Впечатления незабываемые . Во-первых, нигде нет указателей на гостиницу.искали долго. Во-вторых сразу шокировала дама, совершенно определённого поведения ,которая распихивая всех у рецепшена торопилась снять номер т. к. клиент томился у стены.настроение у нас пропало сразу.захотелось уехать.но бронь уже отменить нельзя-пошли в номер.чисто но ооочень скрмно. Холодильника нет.номер малюсенький.за доплату перевели в хороший номер но с малюсель Ким холодильник ом. Шуточные такой. Вроде есть,но ни чего не влезет и не очень холодит. Спросили про чай.ДА,пожалуйста, пейте в номере, но чайник не даём. Хотели воспользоваться интернетом -был обещан w-f и даже пароль на рецепшене дали-но и тут печалька -в номерах его нет!только в холле на первом этаже.А,ещё завтраки включены -но писать не хочется. В общем,уехали на день раньше чтобой погулять ещё по ВИТЕБСК у и уехать домой с приятным и впечатления ми.

Хорошее соотношение цена и качество
Отель хороший, чистый, находиться в номере приятно. Несмотря на то, что находится не в центре, до центра можно легко доехать на автобусе N1 за 10 минут за 60 копеек) плюс есть завтраки: каша, яйца, творог, сыр, колбаса, овощи и т.д. Из минусов - в отеле нет одноразовых тапочек даже на ресепшене)

Когда мы приехали, нам дали почти новый номер на 9 этаже, но там было холодно, спустя полчаса номер заменили на 8 этаже. В целом, номер чистый, за 2 звезды даже хороший. На второй день заселили группы туристов и спать было невозможно, как-будто стены картонные. Был включён завтрак, для такой гостиницы хороший. Можно было поесть нормально. Потом работало кафе, где цены не высокие, можно было спокойно поесть. Но, когда приходили поужинать за свои деньги, многих отправляли обратно и отказывались принимать, потому что все занято группой. И можно было поесть на барной стойке и при этом ещё ждать по часу еды. Когда мы выезжали, на стойке регистрации никто не сказал даже "до свидания", "понравилось ли", "приезжайте ещё". Забрали ключи и все. Подводя итоги, можно сказать, что для двух звёзд гостиница нормальная, но персонал неприветливый и шумно по вечерам.
