Embassy Suites by Hilton Minneapolis Downtown
Everything was good except we asked for a late check out as we had Diamond rewards status and were told the rooms needed to be cleaned so they could not do that. I thought Diamond status said free late check out was free.

This was our first stay at Hampton Inn and it was overall a good experience. The hotel was very nice, the staff I dealt with at check in and when I had questions about parking were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We will be back to stay again. Traveled with ...
