"Excellent staff, quite place to relax, l"

"If you really want to enjoy your vacation, don’t ever visit this place & meet such people. They are bunch of liars, crooks & cheaters and they know nothing about customer service. If there was zero in the overall score, I would have given it to them."

Special thanks to the front desk team, who were incredibly welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to make our family feel at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!"

"I love this hotel"

"We loved the property and staff was very friendly. But the shower in our executive room with private pool was so clogged - it flooded the entire room . It seems it wasn’t cleaned or fixed for a long time before us. Also food in restaurants with à la carte menu was not very good. Avocado salad was not edible, for example. But overall, we had a pleasant stay and staff was lovely."
