Food is the same everyday Food gives u a bad stomach Staff are rude tried to charge us £10 for a towel card they said we lost but was in the room upon checkout that we didn’t even use as we brought our own towels Would not stay here again and definitely wouldn’t eat there food flies crawling over it all the time and also paid for all inclusive but went out to eat every night as the food was terrible

We went to this hotel to try it, its very clean, rooms are large, 4 restaurants, coffee shop, icecream shop. 2 pools one heated, a good gym, a lovely spa i had a good massage. loads of seating areas, all the staff are very nice and helpful, reception fast check - in we were early but they gave us our rooms, our friends had a free upgrade, mini bar first day free, water and kettles in room. We enjoyed it and will return.
