"The property is surrounded by a fence with razor wire. It is very close to Minglewood Hall. Uber is definitely the way to go even though it is within walking distance as it is an unsafe area. The room was decent and the bed was comfortable for 1 night. Would stay again if seeing a concert at Minglewood Hall. "
