"It was our 25th Anniversary and we got upgraded to an even better room! We have stayed at this location twice. Good value for money and a surprisingly good breakfast- lots of freshly cooked food and lots of choice. We like the fact that the rooms we have had have a separate living room area and kitchenette - so you get more than just a room. Both rooms has a balcony which was another value add. Also the location is excellent - right in the heart of one of the liveliest and more interesting streets in downtown and a close walk to the market and parliament buildings The staff member working Saturday night was excellent and very friendly and helpful. He was the one that kindly upgraded us as it was our 25th!"

"Je suis membre , normalement j’ai tours 2 bouteilles d’eau par séjour cette fois ci j’ai réservé 2 chambres et nous avons reçu seulement 2 bouteilles d’eau et au front d’est ils ont refusé de nous donner 2 bouteilles de plus Je considère ça comme très décevant et frustrant Je considère déjà les récompenses comme petite et en plus les politiques sont restrictives Décevant"

"The place has no parking.valet is terrible. Had to wait for a car for 20 min. Breakfast is very good. They had NO food on Sunday. Really strange how an Andaz hotel can have NO food options. Even at the open upstairs bar - just drinks. "

"Mattress was OK for comfort, but was not made with a fitted sheet. Flat sheet laid over mattress, instead, and not tucked in. Even when desk staff was informed and promised to correct, nothing changed.Hot food options were poor. Tasteless and of poor texture. Fortunately, there were other options available as a "work around."The coffee was terrible! Next time we come to Ottawa, we will stay at another hote."

"Clean room, comfortable bed, with free and easy parking. The staff were warm and helpful throughout my stay. A complimentary water bottle in the fridge would have been a nice touch. Overall, a pleasant experience."
