"I have stayed here before. From check in to check out, staff were extremely helpful and supportive. Valet parking was quick and easy. When I arrived there were emergency vehicles in the street attending a situation at another business and the parking/conceirge came out and helped direct me through all the vehicles. Room was clean and comfortable. I could not adjust the aircon to a higher temperature but was not an issue. Plenty of storage space and nice view from the room. Had drinks in the bar with family and bar staff were really professional and cocktails well made. Will stay here again."
