"There were no towels in the pool area and when we asked for a towel, they said they were out and handed us two hand towels and a bath mat (better than nothing?). The cafe was expensive and the staff at the cafe never took our order after we stood there for 25 minutes. She was helping another couple and then had to prepare their food from scratch apparently and just ignored us. The walls were very thin. We could hear someone knocking on another room door in the hallway and slamming doors late...
