Nice hostel, great room for meeting other travelers, planned activities almost every night. After looking at reviews of other hostels in Milan this one has few if any bedbugs. Beds are comfy, may be a little short on bathroom facilities during peak times. I extended for another few days

This hostel was so much fun. I think I spent more time there than walking around Milan… I met so many people, we played trivia, and karaoke night was literally so fun. Such a vibe and way nicer than in the pictures. Bar tender was also great.

Good hostel! I stayed in an all girls room and it was spacious with big lockers and an ensuite. The hostel is sociable and staff were friendly. Free communal pasta in the kitchen too! My only complaint is that it’s kind of out of the way. You need to take the metro from Duomo to get here, and it’s about a 10 min walk from the metro station. There is a carrefour express en route from the station, which is helpful! Hostel was good value overall

It’s so expensive for what you get, honestly I felt like I was back in university. I wanted to shower I was looking for it but couldn’t find it then I notice that it’s a shared bathroom. My room was so tiny, my toilet smelled bad, and I can almost hear all the rooms around me and the conversation of my neighbors. The only good thing is the bar downstairs and the staff.

We have the shared , the shared ensuite and the privates for those who are looking for a private option. So maybe next time you can try one of this if you want give us another change

Nice bar area but my room was very noisy (squeaky beds, water pipes in the walls, noises from bathrooms). In walkable distance to the city centre. Basic breakfast.

The girl that does the breakfast in the morning is fantastic she’s very friendly helpful and she cares! My only complaint is not about the service or people it’s mostly about the squeaky metal beds.

Good, but could have been better
The stay was pretty good. They answered messages really quickly and, before I left the city, they stored my luggage for free for several hours. The showers were a little weird because the water was inconsistent. Sometimes there was hot water and sometimes there wasn't. The showerhead flows were a little scattered. In my room, there wasn't a bag over the trashcan/bin. The receptionists were good though and they reminded me of the check-out time. Food was okay. The pasta was a little hard.

Would stay again!
Had a great stay here! The hostel is a fun place to meet people and has a chill but fun vibe. Great happy hour deals, the food is pretty decent from the bar, and the free breakfast was good. The staff were super helpful and friendly and gave me a free glass of wine when I checked in. It's closer to the city center than the other hostels I saw, only about a 15 minute walk to the Cathedral. The internet was super fast too. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic hostel. The 4-bed dorm was great and looked exactly like the pictures. The common areas downstairs were awesome - large fully-equipped kitchen (with 2 stoves so that multiple people can cook at the same time), kicker tables, lots of space to chill out in and the bar was very lively. Staff were friendly and fun!

Super friendly and welcoming hostel
This was my first stay in a hostel, so I wasn't sure what to expect. What an absolutely great bunch of staff and fellow hostel guests. Incredibly friendly people all round. Great amenities in the kitchen to make food. Quiet places to retreat to if you want to get away from the social bits.

Easily the best hostel I’ve stayed at - great common area with bar, kitchen, couches, games room (pool table, foosball etc. and a quieter room with a TV, computer, books. Rooms are spacious (I stayed in a 4 person room, so two bunks). Staff were very helpful and great atmosphere / vibe to the place. Bathrooms are clean and no issues with queues for toilets / showers. Showers also aren’t on a timer / push button system - normal taps like you have at home.

Lovely hangout in Milan.
Staff is friendly and outgoing. The staff will offer many things to do and see. Lovely lounge to hangout and meet new people. About 20 minute walk to Duomo and the center but not too far.

We are sorry to know that the bathrooms were not in the best condition during your stay, we'll try even harder to make sure it's clean all the time. I'm not sure the exact date that you stayed here, but since the beginning of March, we have upgraded our free breakfast. Our breakfast menu now has ham and cheese slices so you can make your own toast, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, fresh juice, biscuits and rusks,, we are trying to do our best to make the breakfast satisfying as much as possible. Hope to see you again! :)

I like the bar. room is not that good and washroom are the same. no elevator! hard to find the place. easy to go to Dou Milano. friendly staff and brkfast is good.
