We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean and the hotel and restaurant staff are friendly and efficient. We were particularly impressed with Lorenza at the front desk who was extremely helpful, and she made our visit to Milan memorable.

Clean room, helpful accommodating staff, air conditioned rooms that work, windows that open in your room. Modern and sophisticated style and great location for walking to all Milan has to offer. We added the breakfast which was nice with friendly staff. Only complaints lack of orange juice and fresh fruits, otherwise had your traditional Italian breakfast options.

Fantastic staff especially Federico who checked us in and checked us out again. Convenient location for public transport and for walking into the centre. Lots of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The room was spacious, clean and had USB charging points. The breakfast was great with a good selection including options to make it vegan.

Really nice rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is not far from a tram line that connects to the central station so it's easy enough to get to if travelling by train into the city. We would happily stay here again if we visit the city again

The hotel is clean and comfortable, with excellent and attentive staff. The only issue was that the TV wasn’t working, and unfortunately, there was no other room available to move me to. Other than that, my stay was very good and I would recommend this hotel.
