Let me start by explaining that we had a totally different expectation of this lodging. We knew they were apartments but thought there was at least a lobby or front desk. Ended up arriving to a stand alone apartment building, with different entrances after the main door. Then having to go upstairs walking with all the luggage because the elevator is super tiny we wouldn’t fit. Then upon arrival, the apartment wasn’t ready for five guests. Coming from driving several hours, and tired, we were expecting a smoother check-in process. Anyhow, the staff was VERY KIND, attempting to solve the issues as they came up. We communicated diligently via WhatsApp. We didn’t sleep too well the first night. This city seems to never sleep. We could hear from the window the passing of the cars the whole night. So the staff kindly moved us to another nearby location that was much calmer in terms of street noise. That was a SUPERB UPGRADE indeed!!! What a huge difference! 👏👏👏 It made the rest of our stay such a better and more memorable experience! Bravo!! 😀😀😀

I liked the size of the flat, the level of comfort of the beds. The location was also quite good. The shower was amazing. The check in process was a bit challenging. We were sent to the wrong address and with kids and lots of luggage and stress getting hold of the property manager. Also, the kitchen could use some more pots. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay there.

Pros: Great location and safe, walkable to great restaurants and tourists spots; spacious enough for our family of 6. The company was very responsive and accommodating when we had to drop off our luggage early and check out late. They provided water, Netflix, soap, shampoo, towels… all the essentials. Cons: It wasn’t exactly as shown on pictures as the company manages multiple apartments. Some parts of the apartment were old & not painted.

A bit of a mixed bag but nice overall
This two room apartment was a good fit for our family of four. Pluses - great location, lots of space, staff delivered our luggage from office to apartment in the end of the day. On the negative side - we were given wrong address for the apartment which resulted in some stress and waste of time, and hot water ran out after two people taking showers. While on a small street, it was pretty loud at night, likely because the old style windows did not shut completely. But the apartment itself was quite charming, a nice change from a generic hotel room. Overall, we felt we were getting good value with this place and were willing to put up with minor inconveniences in exchange for space and location.

The hotel is very nice and cozy. We felt really safe as you need a key to enter thru the gate, apartment building, and the apartment unit itself. The hotel is walking distance to a lot of famous sites, shops, and good restaurants. But before you leave the place, be sure you do a thorough check of your things to make sure you don't leave anything behind. We had a very early flight and had to leave the hotel at 4:00 am. We accidentally left a cell phone in our room but unfortunately, we were already outside of the apartment when we noticed it. Since we had to leave the keys in the apartment, we couldn't go back in to get it. And since it was 4:00 am, their office was closed. We called a couple of the numbers we had for them but could not get hold of anyone. I would like to highly recommend to the hotel that they provide an after office hours emergency number in cases like this. However, they were very helpful in helping us get our phone. From Milan, we flew to London and spent a week in London. We had some issues with UPS shipping the phone to our hotel in London but Antonio helped us clarify the issues with UPS. we were so happy when our phone was finally delivered to our hotel in London. Thank you again for the excellent service of the hotel staff.

Great option for families. Staff communicated well on check in and had nice perks in the apartment with continental breakfast options and drinks. The apartment was very clean. Also, it was a 5 minute walk to the subway which was great.

The property was adequate for two people. Cleaning people come every 3 days so you might need to ask for extra towels. It was conveniently located to cafes, transportation and next door to the building that houses the portrait of the Last Supper. We enjoyed the Property very much.

The place was nothing as described first of all, there were hairs in the bath and on the balcony, I had taken pictures for proof but hotels.com done nothing to resolve the matter! Disgusting place and I’ll never be booking through hotels.com either as there’s no buyers assurance

Solid place in a residential area
The overall stay was good. AC is fantastic and beds are comfortable. Snacks provided and bath supplies too if you forgot stuff. Solid place. The thing that totally messed me up in the beginning was finding the correct place. To start there is another Milan Royal Suites... on the opposite side of town! Then, since this management has properties on different streets and doesn’t assign it until the day before it was hard to get the message due to traveling and prepare ahead. That said, the manager came to find us and guided us to the right place. Thank goodness for cell phones. This is also in a residential area of town. The walk to spots of interest is not bad because Milan is not very big, but the initial trek with all the luggage from the subway is no fun (get a taxi).

The customer service beforehand was excellent. The room itself was NOT the main stock photo on the listing. The room we were assigned was the size of a very small studio. It was clean and basic. It was just the two of us but the sofa bed had been pulled out/prepared so there was basically only standing room in the kitchenette area or we’d have to sit on the back to back beds. There was not enough room to open our suitcases on the floor so we used the other bed to hold our luggage. Bathroom set up was a bit odd as it was a narrow space leaving the shower and toilet cramped. However, it is a solid 4 out of 5 for being clean, good customer service and ease of check-in and out. Something to note: if you need to leave your luggage you will need to bring it across town to their main office and there is a city tax for each guest/night to be paid in cash at the time of check-in.

The Verdi apt is very spacious, plenty of room for a family of four. Located in a nice area of the city near Metro., beautiful building. The concierge communicated several times in advance and met us on time to show the unit. We appreciated the welcome. Condition of unit is good in general, but shows sign of wear. Some minor repairs needed: 1. In main bedroom, several missing or broken slats in bed frame under mattress 2. Shower door track broken, closes but not all the way 3. Smaller toilet flush button broken ( larger one works still) Overall, a good apartment for a few nights stay.

It was my family trip. It was well managed and the inconvenience was solved right away. I went before check-in time, but it was very comfortable because I put my luggage in my hotel. The location is very good and easy to find.

Very nice apt in an older building, which was a very nice touch, all the modern amenities but in a very nice older building. Check In and Check Out could not have been easier. Only bad part is there is no parking, nearest garage is about 1/2 mile walk, but only need to worry about that if your driving.

When booking property, Expedia shows their map location as near the train station. Upon arrival at the hotel, the owner informed us that this location is the check-in office only. The owner then scribbled directions on a sticky note to find our room on other side of town. Owner refused to refund payment so we could find a different hotel near train station.

Our stay in the Corso Magenta 62 apartment was great. Check-in was at the property which saved us having to trek around the city after our flight. The trams are quite noisy every time they pass, but this was the only downside to the apartment - bring ear plugs like I did & you will sleep at ease!

We had such a lovely stay at Milan Royal Suites! The location was very central with lots of bars and restaurants nearby with a short trip in a cab to the main centre of Milan. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Accommodation was excellent...no doubt this place must be always in demand. Location is within reach of the city center...public transportation is accessible, however there should be a note to leave guest regarding obtaining the proper type of tickets for the subways, especially going pass the city border, the find is in the amount of 36 euros, a hefty fine compare to paying 1,90 euros...
