Eigentlich alles in Ordnung. Die Dusche und das WC waren undicht, so dass Wasser auslief. Das WC war nicht fest am Boden befestigt. Lage top ca. 15 - 20 min zum Dom War ein bisschen laut wegen der Strassenbahn, aber nicht so schlimm. Das Beste war, dass man eine Internetbox bekommen hat, welche man auch in die Stadt nehmen konnte, so dass man überall Internet hatte, wirklich top.

Location is very good but bugs!!

Location is very good.Its close to Navigli and with tram u can easily go to Duomo. Also beds are comfortable but at morning we saw a bug in corridor and after 10 min later we saw another bug in living room. Check out time we told the office and they only told us " okey we told the cleaners" thats all... We paid 40 euros for cleaning for the BUGS HOUSE??!!

The property was in excellent condition and the location was great. I was a little nervous as the check in location was different from the location of the apartment. However, it was within walking distance and was not an issue

La struttura è ubicata in zona interessante. Il palazzo è dotato di portineria. Carente la pulizia interna; pessima la manutenzione dei locali. Mancavano le tende in tutte le stanze. Squallidi direi.

Casa dolce casa

Sistemazione molto confortevole, spazioso, con ambienti grandi e comodi. Zona ben collegata, a pochi passi dalla movida ma anche dai servizi di prima necessità (minimarket letteralmente sotto casa). L'arredamento dell'appartamento è particolare, ci è piaciuto sin da subito nonostante le sue piccole "stranezze": è stato un po' come sentirsi a casa. Come consigli per migliorare, suggerirei di lasciare a disposizione degli ospiti i c.d. beni alimentari di prima necessità (sale/zucchero/caffè).

bello nelle foto, deludente nella realtà, unico punto a favore: la collocazione geografica. Non è tenuto bene, pavimenti e pareti con crepe e graffi, dà la percezione di sporco. La tapparella in cucina non va giù. Doccia pessima, bisogna tenere in mano il “telefono”, che perde e quindi spruzza dovunque. Primo piano, dalle finestre esterne si respira lo smog della strada, dalle finestre interne si respira la polvere sul tetto delle strutture del piano terra

Понравилось расположение. Санта-Мария-делле-Грацие с "Тайной вечерей", Дуомо, Ла Скала- всё в пешей доступности. Недалеко станции метро.Квартира чистая, бельё чистое, машинки в исправном состоянии.Из минусов: просто крошечная душевая кабина, причём, настолько, что с трудом войдя в неё, пошевелиться ты уже не можешь. И второе: нет оперативной связи с отелем.Эл. почта и IT телефон.На первое наше письмо не было ответа 2 суток. Пришлось связываться через HoteL.com.Затем связь по эл. почте была налажена.Для подтверждения приезда, мы просили прозвонить с тлф с европейским оператором. Почему бы не установить WhatsApp, Viber для оперативной связи ? Wi-Fi неплохой рядом с роутером, в комнатах очень слабый сигнал.
