The staff is very accommodating. The location is NOT GOOD for walking to the Duomo square or other tourist attractions in the city. Cabs are required.

The feont desk team members were so helpful. They were attentive and congenial. The hotel is not as close to the tourist attractions, which does require a car or cab because walking would be long. It would be helpful if the hotel staff would provide written instructions on how to SUCCESSFULLY USE the Metro a system to travel.

Una stanza per dormire...

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel il giorno prima di arrivare, il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. La struttura in sè è un po' fatiscente... avrebbe bisogno di una messa a posto, ma è pulito e nel complesso "fa il suo lavoro" La posizione non è il massimo, ma è a 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro gialla, se proprio non si vuole camminare c'è una fermata del bus che ti porta fino in metro.
