When we arrived at the hotel we found out that our room was not in the hotel but in a residential building a few hundred meters away which they called dependance They gave us three keys to enter the building and to get to the room which it was not easy to find and it was hard to open The apartment had many small rooms and it was not welcoming at all The room was horrible It looked like an old Italian hospital room for geriatric old people It was dirty and smelly and the bed was super hard and uncomfortable and the sheets were cheap and the comforter was thin and ugly There was an extra blanket in the cheap armoire but it was dirty and dusty so we didn’t use it The room was super loud as every time a guest would enter the apartment it would had to open two loud doors and to make things worse when they took a shower or flash the toilet you could hear it very loud We didn’t sleep at all Horrible experience When I checked out I try to share our experience with the young man and the grind desk and it look irritated by my comments To make this experience even more horrible I asked him to store two small little bags and when I came back they wanted to charge us 5 euros I traveled all over the world and this place is probably one of the worst Stay away from this place It’s an awful

Honestly we are happy not to be able to host you in the future. The review is completely false and untrue, it was made just to seek some sort of refund. It was horrifying to see Stefano (60 years old man) running away, literally running, not to pay € 5.00 for luggage storage. He made a fool of himself. We really have no words, we hope that no other colleague of ours will be hosting such a guest.

Good
Nice hotel but we have to transfer from the main building to the other. And have to go back to the main building to eat breakfast. Not so convenient if you carry heavy luggage. The staff are friendly. I did not expect that we will have shared bathroom. So please review your booking information before you book. Wouldn't mind to stay again but I will choose the main building next time. Breakfast is good with cold cuts, bread, jams, juices, egg, cheese, fruits, coffee.

Milan - One night stay
Located minutes from the subway, neat and clean, Front desk very polite, courteous, breakfast was decent. Will stay again and recommend to stay. Walking distance to Central Railway Station, super market, other stores.

disappointed one night stay , wifi very slow not the real hotel building ! we moved to a differet building from the real hotel. no air conditioned in the warm day . Telephone not working to call the reception .

Nice/clean/safe small hotel close to metro&train
Very good value for money. This is obviously a family run business, so there is a kind of feeling-at-home atmosphere. Very nice and helpful staff anyway. The hotel is in good condition. Nice backyard garden to chill out. There is also a small bar from where you can get drinks/coffee. Close to metro and central station. Safe area (even if close to the station) and a lot of eating options. Only downside was the small bathroom and a bit noisy in the morning when other guests are leaving early, though very little traffic on the street so quiet from this side. I would stay there again and I can warmly recommend the place.

Great location as long as you don't stay inside!
The hotel was equivalent to a hostel with very small rooms and shower. The front reception was inconsistent with 1 staff being very friendly and welcoming but upon check-out another being quite abrupt and rude. The location is great as it's in a busy shopping area down-town.

Enjoyed our stay. Good Location. Staff very friendly. Continental breakfast with lots of choice. Bed firm. Beds made and towels changed daily. No lift. Good value for money. There was scaffolding up at the hotel but we did not suffer any noise or disruption in the 4 nights we were there in December 2017.

Simpel but nice.
Simpel hotell but clean and with friendly and serviceminded personel. English speaking staff. Breakfast was ok. 5 minute walk from Milan centralstation. 25 minute walk to Milano Domo.

Great little hotel in Milan
Hotel was in a fantastic location. Lots of places to eat and shop and if it hadn't have been so hot, a nice walk to the centre of Milan. We were in the annex part of the hotel. The room was very large and there was a small area outside of the room to sit and that had a refrigerator. The only negative was that the air conditioner wasn't working as well as it could have. It was definitely good value. Breakfast was good, not a lot of variety, but lots to eat. Staff were all very nice.

Do not book here
Hotel was close to train station so we booked it, upon arrival they had us wait about 20 mins to attend to us. The lady was on the phone "which seemed to be a personal phone call" instead of assisting us. After finally helping us, she gave us our room key to the third floor and we then realiZed there were no elevators for us to carry our bags up. Let's just say our luggae had to stay downstairs. There is also a big dog that is lose in the hotel ( which makes the hotel smell like dog) I was very displeased with the hotel and the service in which we receievd. Even though the location is convenient I would say to others to not book at this hotel.

Customers kindest, Thank you anyway for being our guests, we are sorry that your stay was not pleasant for you: try to do our best ... I do not always succeed! I would point out to you that the room allocated was on the second floor about the hotel facilities is not reported because there is no elevator, and your bags, being very large, we have deposited them there next to the reception because they do not there would be served and that would match very soon. The dog, appreciated by most of our guests, is medium in size and it is not smelly! The call was not personal at the reception and there was another person who, unfortunately, could not make the check-in because you had booked online a few minutes and the notification had not yet arrived at the hotel.

Excellent option if you need something quick
My sister and I arrived to Milan during a exhibition seasons, therefore all the hotels were busy, we found this option and it was pretty confortable. Good, near to the central station, easy to find walking by foot. near to the Lima metro station and shoping street Buenos Aires. The lady in the morning was ultra helpful and friendly even if not other language than italian was spoken. Bad, the guyin the night was kind of rude, and the walls are a lil' bit thin so expect a nice show if other couples are making up their own faults.. or if you run into an italian dispute. , the location is in the middle of a ghetto zone.

Ok walking distance from Milano Centrale, metro stop Lima as well. Friendly family. No A/C working, a pity because the room was hot. Traffic and other noise outside meant that the window had to be closed. Comfortable bed, tiny, but ok bathroom. No elevator. The only thing that was really bad: the persons in the room next to mine were talking loudly long into the night. Why cannot people behave? But the hotel itself is not to be blamed for this, so I would recommend it if you are not wanting luxury.

è stata la peggiore esperienza della mia vita. era molto tardi ed ero stanca. per un mio errore sicuramente non avevo letto che dovevo andare non li ma in un'altra struttura sempre loro ma distaccata e avrei avuto bagno in comune. al mio chiedere se era ben frequentato e se era tranquillo, non avendo mai dormito con bagni in comune, si sono offesi e mi hanno mandato via malamente nonostante tutto fosse già pagato. il ragazzo continuava a offendermi e dirmi che non avevano bisogno dei miei soldi e che li avevo offesi io ecc. magari ero stanca e avrò sbagliato tono ma non si fa cosi. mai visto tanta cattiveria in un hotel. non mi ha voluto dare ricevuta di storno soldi e niente. non volevo discutere e me ne sono andata ma non si lascia a quell'ora una ragazza fuori da un hotel già pagato. il giorno dopo alla richiesta tramite hotels.com di storno soldi (avendo poi dovuto pagare altro hotel) dicevano che ero andata via io di mia spontanea volontà e invece no!!in ogni caso mi hanno fatto un favore in quanto ho trovato struttura eccez a pochi passi e allo stessp prezzo. mai piu!!!!!

Dopo 25 anni di esperienza, aver avuto a che fare con un personaggio del genere non lo auguro a nessun collega albergatore, ma neanche al mio peggior nemico. ''Gentilissima'', perché di gentile non ha nulla dato che è stata scortese, maleducata, non aperta all'ascolto e soprattutto arrogante, offendendo una tipologia di camera e tutte le persone che la preferiscono definendola ''una poverata’’, prenotata e con tanto di conferma letta da lei. Dopo che ha definito ''poverata'' la Camera Singola Economy (disponiamo solo 3 unità di questa tipologia per poter andare incontro all’ esigenze di tutti gli ospiti), le è stato proposto di effettuare un upgrade con una Camera Doppia situata nella struttura principale e con bagno in camera con una piccola differenza di prezzo, ma lei ha rifiutato. Ha denigrato il nostro Hotel paragonandolo ad un ostello mal frequentato, quando la Depandance è situata in Corso Buenos Aires (ed erano le 20:00, quindi era in centro a Milano in orario di punta, non di notte come dice lei). In pratica lei è arrivata offendendo, denigrando e prendendo in giro in presenza di terzi e ci sta accusando della stessa cosa? Come fa a dire che l’altra struttura era meglio se non è proprio voluta andare in camera? Non sa cosa si è persa! (di norma la sua recensione andrebbe rimossa, ma preferiamo lasciarla per poterle rispondere pubblicamente). Per fortuna abbiamo una clientela differente e, sempre per fortuna, è stata la prima ed ultima volta che avremo a che fare con lei. A non rivederci.

Ho prenotato camera singola senza bagno presso la depandance, nuova struttura dell’albergo. Il tutto é risultato molto pulito, tranquillo e ben arredato. Pulizia anche nei due bagni sul piano a servizio delle due stanze senza bagno ( tutte le altre lo avevano ). Buona la colazione continentale. Personale cortesissimo: insomma sono rimasto veramente molto contento.
