Soggiorno di due giorni e non sono state effettuate le pulizie in camera, la colazione era a pagamento e non compresa. Era a pagamento addirittura il phon.

Salve, prima di tutto il soggiorno era compreso di prima colazione, ma arrivati in struttura l'addetto alla reception ci comunicava che i locali di ristorazione erano chiusi quindi ci consigliava di andare al bar vicino alla struttura ovviamente tutto questo a nostre spese. Una camera con TV non funzionante per motivi di antenna, poi il parcheggio si paga a parte e questo non è stato evidenziato nella prenotazione. Vergogna!!

L'operatore al banco sosteneva che i parcheggi esterni erano solamente per chi doveva vaccinarsi e di conseguenza non potevamo lasciare li la macchina. ...per avere 5 euro del parcheggio interno!!! Non bello.

La mia permanenza era legata a delle visite da effettuare nella struttura ospedaliera humanitas e per questo la posizione dell'hotel è molto buona. Il check in obbligatoriamente alle 14 è poco vantaggioso. In camera sarebbe stato utile un asciugacapelli. Nel complesso rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo

Consigliato!

Ultra funzionale per chi deve pernottare pre intervento e post operatorio presso l'Humanitas...a due passi a piedi, ma nel vero senso della parola, dalle strutture di accoglienza ospedaliera....praticamente dentro!

L’hotel est très mal indiqué. Pas la moindre enseigne indiquant son entrée. L’hotel est perdu au fond d’un parking partagé entre plusieurs établissements. L’hotel n’est pas entretenu. Les espaces verts sont abandonnés. La chambre n’était pas nettoyée correctement : - poussières au sol avec moutons - coton et plastique dans les armoires de la salle de bain - gobelet fourchette et cuillère en plastique dans le frigo Une honte !!! Le lit se résume à un matelas sur une planche . A éviter !!!

Sistemazione essenziale, ma confortevole

Sistemazione essenziale, ma camera ampia e pulita. L'hotel si trova all'interno del perimetro dell'area ospedaliera di Humanitas. Personale gentile e disponibile anche per un check out late. Nel complesso perciò è un'ottima sistemazione, soprattutto per chi deve recarsi in ospedale

Suitable for 1 night crashpad

Accommodations not as expected but was OK for one night stay before going to Milan airport. This is a dorm-like guesthouse, not really like any hotel. No frills at all, its location is in the middle of a warehouse/industrial area but seemed to be fairly safe. Very quiet at night. Room was clean although dated, bathroom was fully functional and clean, bed mattress seemed hard and a little lumpy. Overall ok, but definitely not a "couples" hotel or business meeting location. No restaurant or breakfast, only vending machines. No elevator. Outside maintenance lacking. Reception only open until 9:00PM, reopen at 7:30AM.

L'unico punto di forza dell'Hotel e' la comodità per chi deve recarsi alla clinica Humanitas. Sconsigliato negli altri casi. Rapporto qualità/prezzo non buono. Molto spartano. Manca l'ascensore. Irrazionale disposizione degli arredi nella camera (la B 21) Non c'e un comodino con la luce accanto al letto e inoltre per spengere la luce centrale bisogna alzarsi dal letto e attraversare la camera perchè l'interruttore e' posto nella parete opposta.

There are two Excel facilities in the same area. One is terrible the other is great. , both same name. We booked the wrong one but the hotel manager realized tje issue and transferred us to the other location, great place at Milano 3 area
