This hotel was great close to the train station, Very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing especially the front desk clerk named Kamir he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us a lot of great recommendations for the area. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

We were placed in a room with construction right outside the window. There was no air conditioning and we couldn't open the windows because of the construction. The room across the hall was available but we weren't placed in it. They did offer to move us but at that point it was late and we were tired. They should have put us in the room across the hall to start with. The room was nice though with comfortable beds.

Was not told ahead of time that outside of biilding is uner total renovation. Room temperature control was difficult to understand. Room was hot. We had 2 windows open all the time.

This hotel was absolutely not a favorite in terms of staying near Milano centrale. There were stains on my blanket and hair between the sheets upon arrival. The shower situation is abysmal as it's just two sliding doors and the water just goes everywhere on the bathroom floor. For similar pricing try Hotel Berna a few streets over, it's smaller but cleaner.

Enjoyed spending three nights at this hotel. It was in close proximity of Milano Centrale, which is the main train station in Milan. The hotel itself is currently being renovated, so some rooms have a newer updated interior. The only drawback is that our keys did not work every night so we had to go down to reception every night in order to have our keys re-activated. Hotel does offer breakfast which is €15. Overall this is a great hotel based on location and proximity to the main train station. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was great, being 5 mins walk from the train and bus transfer to the airport. The room was good for one night, however was very noisy so you could hear all the conversations in the hallway and other rooms.

I stayed here because of the American name- Best Western, and thought I would get an American type bed (not a twin) with some support, and good A/C! The A/C did not work well and the person who they sent into my room to fix it said he didn't know that much and just said, it's working fine. Don't stay here, worst hotel of my two weeks in Europe so far!

Very comfortable rooms, pleasant and helpful staff. Would have been a nice view apart from scaffolding for renovations. Rooms require better sound proofing. Easily hear next door neighbour through the walls.

Nice Hotel
Nice hotel. Close to the station, about 5 minutes walk. Rooms are comfortable and modern. Breakfast is good. Nothing bad about the place. Generally a good option to stay, but price is a little on the higher side. The subway is at the station so is nice to be able to walk easily to the hotel without using a taxi.

Management and staff at the reception were very nice and accommodating. Not a Best Western facility you come to expect. Pictures of the rooms on the web page look nicer than what they look. Building is going through renovation outside
