Do not expect anybody to your arrival. Better have internet because they will send everything to your phone. The place is nice comfortable, clean, and has AIRCONDICION!!! Very important in summer. Also has a refrigerator that was a good plus. Nothing fancy but fresh and clean. It is a 20 minutes walk from Milan Central. Overall we have a nice stayed.

Ok for one night stop overs

Was like an escape room and messages from hotel were like clues! Location was excellent and room was functional for one night stay but wouldn’t like to have stayed any longer. Did not see any other guests as we did not user shared spaces. Decor is awful and like a bric a brac store. Otherwise it’s ok for one night close to the station. Roads are very busy just away from hotel and quite dangerous at night

The room was clean, but it is very old building and the very very very old room. The ground was wood when you walk on the ground, you can hear with that noise and the lightning wasn’t work properly.

Nice place

Nice place, can’t complain except limited check in time meant we couldn’t check in after a delayed late train ride. I’m learning that hotels that offer late check ins are gold dust

This is not a hotel and I was not aware of it. The short 4 hours checkin is unheard of! The owner is not very polite and this is not the way to conduct business!! The place is chic but my room is facing the street, pretty loud!

Very far from the station Centrale and not convenient. The place is very strange and no service. The check-in is limited-time , Not a proper place to live.

The room was clean, but a little dark. The shower could use some work. The shower head probably needs to be replaced. We missed the part where we would be charged for arriving after 6 and were charged. Our late arrival was out of our control. The hotel did well to stay in contact with us.

I chose this property as it was an hour on the shuttle from Malpensa airport and 10 minute walk to the train station. We arrived pretty late and although they don’t do late check-ins they kindly waited for our arrival. They messaged me via WhatsApp during intervals on the day to check in on us which I find thoughtful as it was our first time in Italy. I thought they might charge us for the lateness but they didn’t and I’m very grateful for that. The entire apartment was very quirky with modern art. It’s not the type of apartment I’d usually book but I really needed something last minute for 1 night. The decor was definitely a talking point for us. They had all the usual facilities that was required including fluffy towels. The room we stayed in even had a spacious balcony. If anyone’s looking for a reasonably priced art themed room near to the train station then I’d say give this place a try! They made me and my daughter feel welcome.

최악입니다. 이해할 수 없는 벌금과 체크인 프로세스로 아예 체크인 자체가 불가할 뻔 했는데, 벌금까지 내라고 하네요.(숙박비의 약 30%) 방음 전혀 안되고, 인테리어는 좋으나 청결함은 의심됩니다.(머리카락 등 수건에서도 발견) 제가 가본 전세계 숙소중 최악의 경험이었습니다.

Das ist schon eine ungewöhnliche Unterkunft. Keine Rezeption, Kontakt nur per whatsapp, aber wir haben die Schlüssel bekommen und alles hat funktioniert. Es ist ein sehr grosses Appartment, in dem es 6 Zimmer gibt. Die Einrichtung ist extrem ! kreativ. Aber supersauber und ein schönes Bad. Die Zimmer sind winzig und auch kreativ eingerichtet. Bequemes aber schmales Bett. Nichts für Reisende, die ein normales Hotel suchen! Gute Lage.

2連泊しました。 チェックアウト後に荷物も預かってもらえます。　 朝食も私は食べませんでしたが、 コーヒーと紅茶？はフリーだよと教えてもらえました。 ホテルのある駅はセンターから少し離れていますが、主要なところも駅もどこも30分圏内でいけるので、それでこのコスパはオススメです。 駅からもすぐです。 ただ、1階だったので虫が出ましたが、 フロントの方にお願いしたら退治してくれたので、問題なしです！ ありがとうございました！ 友人にもオススメできるホテルです。
