Dear Mr. Akram Salem, As we discussed during your check out, we are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. Most of all because we have tried in every possible way to match your preferences, but we've just received denials from your side, thereofore preventing us to do our job, that is to make our guests happy. We try to learn something from each feedback, but in this case is a bit difficult: you've been assisted from the first moment, you've been offered with a room upgrade, you've been called by the Hotel manager and you've refused everything. Our rooms are new and pretty cute we think, but of course it is possible that someone doesn't love them. We see that you pretty much dislike each hotel you've been to, and we took a bit of comfort from it. Nonetheless, we wish you all the best 21WOL Team
