Given that this is a one-star hotel, I am very satisfied. The staff members at the lobby are very nice, and the room is actually quite neat (though it feels somewhat gloomy). The restroom seems to be quite new, but the shower drainage was a bit slow. The best advantage is probably its location: it is very close to the line 1 and is close to many great restaurants. The breakfast is outsourced at a cafe nearby the hotel: you get a piece of croissant and a coffee.
Just for information, this hotel is more like a B&B. It is a bit inconvenient because it is part of some large building, and its main entrance is closed after 6 pm or so. The lobby is very responsive in opening the gate, but still it is a bit of hassles. Another big inconvenience was the wifi, which didn't work very well. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend this place if you are looking for a budget place located in a nice location.
