"When I booked a room a month ago, I have received a confirmation message via hotels.com message. But when I arrived at the hotel, the owner didn't know at all about my reservation and said bluntly "no room available, you can go to my mother's Inn". The other place was dirty and old one, of course I didn't want to stay there! But somehow they were not willing to refund, hence I had to call/message "help line". My time and taxi fare to get there wasted! Watch out this can be you next time! "

Vi är vana att bo i städer och lite ljud är inga problem men det var som att boendet inte hade fönster. Även om det är en gammal byggnad finns det lösningar. Även badrummet var inte toppen. Det var ett eget rum med toalett och dusch som var väldigt litet, med väldigt högljudd fläkt som kändes otroligt instängt. Helt okej boende men skulle inte bo igen. "

"Spacious and clean room. Design is warm and homely. Only issue we had was the connecting room door where you can hear noises from the other room. Imagine screaming kids and toilet doors slamming at 1am in the middle of the night. It could disrupt your night rest."
"The hotel staff is super friendly. If you’re a light sleeper do not book a sea view room. I booked a sea view room and the staff kindly moved me to a city view room. The sea view rooms face the Main Street and the noise is awful. I’ve found that in general hotels on busy streets in Vietnam most have the noise which isn’t the hotels fault, it’s just the way it is with constant horn honking and loud traffic. Don’t miss the opportunity to use their swimming pool on the top floor… it’s very nice.
