"Had to pay from the airport to the hotel because their shuttle didn't show up. No phone number listed in the waiting area. Other hotels have their number clearly listed on the public phone area. I have waited for almost 2hrs for a non-existent shuttle. All other hotel shuttles show up every 15- 20 ..."
