"Firstly if you just come here for the views then it would be worth it. Reading or relaxing by the pool with the most speciality views of the coast is unlike anywhere else, unspoiled by crowds or boats.
As there’s only a maximum of 20 guests plus 4-5 staff the whole resort feels like a private getaway rather than a resort and often we were the only ones in the pool.
The food was great for all the meals and we definitely didn’t go hungry.
The morning and afternoon yoga is great and there is a hiking trail up to a lookout however we encountered lots spiders and biting insects so be wary (in the rooms and by the pool this wasn’t an issue).
Overall this feels like a great way to relax, connect with the surrounding nature and admire the beauty of the area. "
"Staff were nice but did not know where entrance to rooms were. Parking was very poor, you could park in the street or next to the drive through bottle shop. It was noisy but you expect that being a hotel. The TV in the room did not work which was disappointing as it would have helped with relaxing and noise from down stairs. The long life milk in the fridge was ready to explode it was 3 months out of date. Fridge could have used a clean. On the whole not a place I would stay again. "
"While it wasn’t anything flash it did the job. Amenities were nice, staff were really friendly and helpful. For us the location was ideal, close to town and close to the port where most of our activities left from. "
"Room is clean, owner Brain is very nice and helpful. If you drive there , is very beautiful place to stay for a family. At the top of mountain range, 2 kms to the Harbour there is a cafe Bristol at Ferry terminal. Beautiful ocean view from balcony for every room. Recommend "
"It was a decent place to stay however I wouldn’t stay there on the weekend again because it’s very noisy when it’s full of campers and people. The people staying in the room next to mine kept slamming their doors loudly. I don’t know why they were so rude. That was very annoying. It was quite nice when most people cleared out on Sunday!"
