"Very smooth check in and check out process, friendly staff, particularly in the Reef Lounge. Great location and room view over Catseye beach. Tennis, mini golf, pool all well maintained. Hotel is dated, room are spacious but furnishings need an update, and beds were not very comfortable. Two of four lifts out of order for a lot of our stay resulted in some long waits."
