I liked that was inexpensive for the purpose of my visit to Miami, I didn't like that I stayed for 2 days and they didn't clean my room because I didn't tell, them, I never had that happened. When I asked the told me that I should had told them to clean, I think it should have been the other way around, they should have asked me if I wanted it clean cause I see that on other hotels, it's standard to clean the rooms. The other thing was that even thou I was staying there 2 days they activated my door card for 1 day, so I had to go back to the office to get the key activated again, they all look to be there not to provide a service but to earn a living mostly. The only good service I got was from the maintenance guy that went to fix the remote after it stopped working. I addition, I think, starting breakfast at 7:00am instead of earlier is another inconvenience, and that's what the service in that hotel looks like, do whatever is convenient to them and not for the customers, that if you keep that up you might not have much in the future, at least that's how I feel.
