Pros: Paid parking was attached to hotel. Several restaurants close by provided room service to hotel. With a ton of other restaurants and shopping options within walking distance. Cons: Only 2 of the 3 elevators worked which made for long waits at times.

Clean hotel. Never saw a bar tender poolside to cash in our "free drinks". Breakfast was ok. But I've definitely had better. Staff was excellent! Room was clean.

I like that the property and room were clean. We were able to check in upon arrival and didn’t have to wait until 3:00. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We love the convenience of being able to walk to shopping and dining.

Love the rooftop, outdoor pool and hot tub, the included breakfast was definitely a perk! Our room was spacious and clean. My only peeve was the wait on the elevators.

It was my 3rd time staying here and I will definitely return next time. The King Suit on the Elite floor was amazing. The staff is nice, especially Zorica, who immediately addressed my questions. It can sometimes be crowded and the elevator wait could be shorter, but overall it's a great option in the best area of Miami-Brickell.
