Stayed one night before a cruise and it was perfect for us. The shower pressure in room 320 is EXCELLENT (might actually put your eye out, but we loved it! 😆). Breakfast was tasty. We already have it booked again for our Nov cruise!

Wonderful Hotel. Staff was so accommodating and the property felt clean and safe!
Only thing I will say is the area outside is a little disappointing. We didn’t really feel safe. 1 issue was the busy road to all of the food places and stores doesn’t have a cross walk, very scary when going to cross with small children. Also the homeless people presence was strong!

The staff were very helpful and polite. I love everything about this hotel. Onsite breakfast options with turkey options very convenient. The only issues was the laundry room was broken, so we had to pay to wash.

The hotel was very clean; housekeeping every other day, breakfast from 6 til 10 every day and free, the staff kept the breakfast area well supplied. Check in and out was smooth. The rooftop bar and pool at the adjacent hotel offered a great view of downtown and Miami Beach.

I did not see advertised this was an animal hotel.
Nowhere decent to eat for miles. AC restaurant in next hotel, was sub standard, my salmon was raw when it arrived.
Was overcharged for Uber to airport booked by hotel. I checked Uber cost should be about 27$ tops we were charged 60$

2 x Queen Bed room - both beds were extremely soft and squeaky. It was manageable for a couple of nights - anymore would have had a bad hip/back. Complimentary breakfast is like feeding time at the zoo and the tables and bins were overflowing with dirty pots and leftovers. As this is complimentary you take it as it is but the tables were not clean and were being wiped with a single dirty cloth. There is no bar in the hotel - only a pool tiki bar with limited offerings. Overall okay for a short stay.
