Ii like the friendly staff thats always 💯 concerned about your stay and is ready to assist. The beach was right across the street providing easy access. What i didn't like maybe because it was my first memorial day weekend i had to walk two blocks to get my uber

We enjoyed the quaint unique style of this hotel and the location was in the heart of South Beach so we got to really enjoy the fun vibes of Miami.

This was a last minuet stay & it worked out. Beach was across the street. Staff was amazing. Hotel is old and in need of updates other then that it was nice. Food at the hotel was expensive way to expensive so beware of that

Not your average Mariot or Hilton. This hotel is totally different and unique. Super friendly Staff. Chiara is super nice and very helpful person. Amazing sunrise in our oceanview room. Great breakfast selection. Amazing late night fun. Will come back every time when visiting South Beach. Thank you!

Overpriced on expedia and they have their own $40 service fee a day for the amenities that you have to pay in full once you check in while also applying a $100 hold on the card.

Took a solo trip and Beacon was a great option! Staff was great as always and always enjoy the complimentary breakfast! I also love the easy access to the beach.

Oscar at front desk helped us before arriving with our disabled Mom. We had early check-in. 1sr floor disability room that was beautiful and comfortable Breakfast included was yummy. Staff amazing overall a wonderful stay we will be back this summer. Thanks again

The good: The location was amazing!!!!The front desk staff and concierge were fantastic. The restaurant staff and service were great. The bad: The rooms are small. We requested to be moved from our first room because my husband was too tall and could not stand up completely in the bathroom (6’3). The next room the ceiling in the bathroom was higher. The overhead light for the room did not work. The telephones don’t work. Our room was not swept at all during our stay (Thursday-Sunday), and the location is across the street from the beach! Definitely was not worth the price! Would not return.

A big hotel with large rooms, with small, but adequate toilet/washroom facilities. HOWEVER be wary of hidden charges. I booked through EXPEDIA, and what I paid them, was not the final charge. The hotel charges you $40 for service, per room when you book in at the counter. This should be factored in when you book. I’ll contact Expedia about this, but it should not happen. The hotel itself, provided you are not looking for a view, is ideal.

The property has no pool!!!!! The rooms are small. Moved to new room it had smell couldn't be removed with clorox, candle or spray. Phone not work in room or internet. Staff friendly and water pressure great. Francisco housekeeping awesome the ladies not helpful. We came with group and overall we had a good time.

I was disappointed in my overall experience. The art deco history is what attracted me to the building in the 1st place but I was not expecting amenities from the art deco era! 1. No ice machine! I wanted to make a drink and had no ice to enjoy it. That’s a big negative. 2. No microwave! I had some leftover dinner which was really good BTW and had no means of reheating it. 3. No freezer in the mini fridge.
