There was little information about check in and no information about check out. They had a caretaker meet at the house for check in and to go over everything. However, he only spoke Spanish and we had to rely on google translator to interpret. He was very kind but there was difficulty in communication. The house had light bulbs burned out, spiders and spider webs, ants in the kitchen, boxes lying around, and mismatched towels. There was also a video camera inside the house and I could never get an answer if it was filming. The beds were comfortable and it did get very cool inside the house. The location was ok. It met our needs as we were in town for a concert.

Property caretaker has been terminated. If you search for other reviews online we have a perfect 5 out of 5 stars for This property all over the internet. They always speak of how spotless it is. When this reservation happen I was less than 30 days away from having my first child and in Japan with my wife so I could not take of this better at the time. This was 2 years ago!

Communication not so good
Overall, the experience was good. It's a nice property great for a girls weekend. Communication with anyone regarding this property is major area for concern, I couldn't get in touch with anyone to find out how to check in, or out for that matter. I was mostly satisfied aside from the fact that when I reached out to the property manager I received no response. There were ants in the kitchen and when I contacted the PM, by text as instructed, I received no response, also there was a lot of what seemed to be pet hair in the sheets in the 2nd bedroom to which I also received no response. So we went out and bought some tide pods to try to clean the sheets but the wash machine did not work and again, no response. There was a language barrier but I even sent my messages in Spanish, still no response.

We are currently undergoing transitioning our staffs and our communication software has been experiencing some glitch but we have resolved the issue and will be better serving you further. We will try to correct those problems regarding the ants and the few unnoticed blemishes. Moving forward, we will make sure we will improve the property to serve clients like you in the future. Fake booking agent! don't book any villa with them
Fake booking agent, this property wasn't available when we arrive, after booking it 2 months in advance, and the only notice we got was an email 2 hours before our expected arrival time, when we were arriving from a trip from Europe, telling the the property was not available, and not having already setup an alternative one at the time we arrived. they simply not showed at the appointment time when we were waiting in front of the property door. One hour later we called them and simply got an answer asking us if we want that they book a different accommodation for us.

Sorry for the inconvenience this was when we were testing the car connectivity with Expedia and their calendars were not correctly synchronized. This has all Bedn resolves now!
