Our stay at The Moore Hotel Miami was a genuinely memorable experience, made all the more special by the warmth and professionalism of the staff. From the moment we booked, the team reached out proactively to enquire about our plans and any requirements we might have. This thoughtful initial contact immediately set the tone and made us feel well looked after before we had even arrived. On arrival, the staff were welcoming, attentive and incredibly helpful. A particular highlight was their...

Excellent hotel and staff

Really like this hotel. We’ve stayed here several times and it’s also so comfortable and clean.

It was my first time in Miami, and what a gem of a hotel I found, the second you walked through the door. You could tell this place was class , we were welcomed in by the doorman , and took us to reception where we were greeted with a glass of wine, the staff were amazing when I asked if I could have some towels for the beach , they said if we go to the beach, look for the blue and white beach umbrellas, you’ll be giving 2 sunbeds and towels, having spent the afternoon on the beach we went out...

Great location and place

The hotel is very well placed for arrivals/departures from Miami International airport. The room was really excellent including a desk area should you need it and a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning works really well and is both quiet and easilly adjustable, which is great. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and really good value for oney. Highly Recommended and we will definitely use again when transiting via this airport.

Great hotel staff friendly free drink at the bar was a bonus and free breakfast aswell easy to get around with monorail at end of street bars restaurants all around the hotel

CLean, staff ver nice, garage valet service excellent. WI-FI perfect! Breakfast very basic.

Spacious room with good city views

Lovely hotel perfect for an overnight before we boarded our cruise. Would definitely go back, the room was nice the breakfast was great and the pool was a nice bonus!

We had a brilliant stay, the staff on arrival were super helpful and the room was just what we needed. It was located easily for a quick stop at Whole Foods for a takeaway dinner and a coffee in the morning and the transport to the cruise port was seamless. The bar was lovely with a relaxed vibe for a drink in the evening as the sun was setting.

Great stay, awesome rooftop for sun and although we didn't use the pool downstairs it looked nice enough. Happy hour between 5-6pm for guests with free spirits and mixer. Only thing I would say is to avoid rooms 213/214/215 as they are right above the 24/7 bar (which was a great bar) as the music and bass was very loud in our room. That wouldn't put me off staying here though at all.

Great hotel, facilities are beyond expectations, pools and great restaurants. The only downside I would say don’t expect a quiet experience between the clubs and and the conference it’s always packed.

Great stay, very clean and huge room!

Perfect Location. Great continental breakfast included and 15% off the restaurants below was great. Would stay again. TIP - Don’t pay for valet parking, use the public parking on 7th Street just behind hotel, $20 per day and only 3 min walk
