We had a brilliant stay, the staff on arrival were super helpful and the room was just what we needed. It was located easily for a quick stop at Whole Foods for a takeaway dinner and a coffee in the morning and the transport to the cruise port was seamless. The bar was lovely with a relaxed vibe for a drink in the evening as the sun was setting.

It was my first time in Miami, and what a gem of a hotel I found, the second you walked through the door. You could tell this place was class , we were welcomed in by the doorman , and took us to reception where we were greeted with a glass of wine, the staff were amazing when I asked if I could have some towels for the beach , they said if we go to the beach, look for the blue and white beach umbrellas, you’ll be giving 2 sunbeds and towels, having spent the afternoon on the beach we went out...

We had the most incredibly warm welcome and 8 day stay, due to the outstanding staff at this hotel. Eduardo, Mercedes, Susan and Santiago always had the time and smiles for us. They helped make our stay comfortable and worth every penny. My only disappointment was the gym, the treadmill didn't work properley and it was very basic for a hotel of this calibre. Overall, super happy with the room, the location and all those that do an amazing job.

Parents had a lovely time - the room was large and well stocked and the staff were very hospitable. Location was perfect!

We found this hotel very easily and found it to be in a great location. Our view was of a side street so a bit disappointing, but we weren't there for the view from the room! The hotel is steps away from the art deco properties and the beach, and only minutes from the Lincoln Road Mall area. Sadly we only had one night there but it ended our trip perfectly. We found the bed was the most comfortable we have had during our time in Miami and the Keys, and the room was very large. Some of the...

From the moment we arrived, the service was fantastic. The valet took care of our car while the bellman handled our luggage, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, and the team gave us some great information about the local area. When we got to our room, all we could say was WOW! It was beautifully presented, spacious, spotlessly clean and a really lovely place to come back to after a day out. The pool area was perfect. The water was a lovely...

Villa Italia is a great place to stay in South Beach, really close to everything, the beach, bars, restaurants, public transport but also really peaceful, the garden was a welcome area to relax in, the rooms were spacious, the bed was really comfortable and the room was nice and cool in the Miami heat, good to have a safe and fridge in the room too as well as the use of a well equipped communal kitchen area, the staff were very friendly and the hosts were very quick to respond when needed

Great location and helpful staff

Excellent hotel

Beautiful property, place and people - super!

Great location and place

The room was great. The pool area was good, although we spent a lot of time on the beach. Beds and Umbrella were included. The immediate area is quiet but you can walk on the path next to the beach all the way to South beach. It’s about a 50 minute walk to Lincoln Road. Well serviced by Uber and Waymo. About $9 - 20 to or from South Beach or Winwood. Downtown is a little more. Strong recommend.

This Hotel, with it’s amazing Staff, went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble, organising Taxis and storing our luggage. The pool was amazing with views of South Beach

Friendly staff. Clean and tidy. Large roon lots of space, big shower clean bed.

Property is very nice and clean. Amenities are perfect and can host family and friends. Only issue I had was Internet with my unit. My host was The Bay Suites, they communicated effectively but couldn’t resolve the internet issue in my unit

Can't recommend the hotel enough. It is perfectly located - on south beach but just off the hustle and bustle. Easy access to the beach with a dedicated section with loungers for hotel guests. Staff members were amazing and rooms were large and extremely comfortable. Valet parking is a breeze and there are additional lots nearby. Street parking is usually available nearby, but not cheaper than just valeting the car. Would definitely recommend the hotel for anyone planning on staying in south...
