They had no Elevator working. No one to assist with luggage. Walked up three flights of stairs. We had to make couple of trips. B

Love the hotel and cleanliness, however elevator was not working and my 93 year old grandmother was staying. I made it clear on my reservation. When we arrived, the staff was able to accommodate us on the first floor "the last available room on the first floor"

Sonesta is a great little getaway hotel, good prices, nice rooms(Pictures match rooms exact). Staff were nice and super helpful, love the free parking and the outdoor pool patio, you can grill and relax. Only thing I can say I didn’t like but it wasn’t a problem for me at all…the walls kinda thin I think in my opinion, I could hear through my bathroom the other room guest talking, so I’m pretty sure they heard my opera concerts I held in the showers lol.

Pool area can do with an update but was still usable. The gym area and washing room were both good. Staff was very helpful and its conveniently located near places to eat (walking distance). Parking was easy and the shuttle to the airport was on schedule.

The Hotel was clean, service was good. Shopping and dining accesible. What I did not like so much was the mattress of the bed.

If you are planning to stay in Miami/Doral area, this is a must stay. Nice room, comfy bed and the staff goes out out their way to accommodate. Shopping and restaurants close. Quick shuttle to annd from airport....5 stars. We stayed 2 days before cruise and 2 days after in April 2024. If we come back we will stay again.

If I could give the staff a 6-star I would! After a long day of travel, there's nothing better than to be greeted by a helpful, welcoming staff. Our driver picked us up right from the airport (at no extra charge) and brought us to the hotel where we were welcomed by Romero. I was pleased to see how spacious our room was, and the bed was quite comfortable. We weren't staying long enough to make use of the kitchenette, but it appeared to have everything you'd need for an extended stay. When we headed out for dinner, we found that the area was safe and walkable with plenty of nearby dining options.

My stay at Sonesta Simply Suites Miami Airport Doral was fantastic! If you are reading this review to make a decision for your hotel stay, you can definitely book this hotel without hesitation! The check-in and check-out is very smooth. Cards only no cash. You would need to deposit $100 security money while check-in which is refundable. The room is very big, nice and has all necessary arrangements for longer stays with a beautiful bathroom. They also got complimentary swimming pool, on site parking, laundry and gym. The environment of the hotel and surrounding is very beautiful, clean and calm. Thanks for making my vacation memorable.

Just needed a room for one night we’re leaving on a cruise in the morning easy check very reasonable price we have a one bedroom with a pull out couch everything is nice and clean looks like a nice one bedroom apartment to be honest and the deposit was the not ridiculously high like a lot of places..small nice and near close to the airport

Nice location, close to the airport, very good restaurants close by, a huge plus free parking! Nothing fancy but just enough, full size fridge, stove, some kitchen supplies, sink, a nice area if you want to cook something.

Newly renovated rooms are great! The staff was amazing and I mean at all check points from shuttle to the reception - they truly make this place. I wish the shuttle to the airport would go more often but overall a great place to stay. We will definitely be back.
