A good place to stay, escept for the location.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was older but had everything I needed for a week's stay. The shower had great hot and cold water and good pressure. This hotel was located between Bucerias, and the beach area of downtown Puerto Vallarta. Lots of buses ran past every day so there was always a way to get somewhere. The restaurant and bar were closed for renovation, but there was a coffee shop and local bar/restaurant right around the corner.

Never again

Toilet plugged when we got there. Then sewer gas coming from shower drain, made us both very ill. So moved rooms and that toilet was also plugged. But smell was going through the hallway.

Not good

This is noticeable an old hotel and not-well maintained. The location is really not that great but the biggest problem is that there is a lot of going on in the hotel at any point of time, too noisy. the walls wont stop any noise, very difficult to sleep. The receptionist Lili, NOT so friendly, wont resolve any issues. They charge you extra for the use of credit card, WHERE CLEARLY in Mexico that is the establishment's responsibility to take. I think I wont stay in this hotel ever.
