"The hotel itself was lovely. Clean, great views, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast had a nice variety, but ended pretty promptly at 9am. Coffee and hot water we're available throughout the day. A couple things of note. The room description lists both a refrigerator and microwave, but there was no microwave except for a single shared one in the main breakfast room, which was inconvenient at best. The pool and hot tub are part of the on-site fitness center and close for the day at 8pm, along with the gym facilities. This was frustrating as it is not stated anywhere online and we got in right at 8 hoping to check it out. The room itself was clean and spacious and we would stay again with the knowledge that there are some key details missing in the write up"

"It is close to the airport. That was important to us. The king room was spacious comfortable and quiet. Cracker barrel is close by for a comfort food meal. The staff is friendly and helpful. We would stay there again."

"We always stay at this hotel when we visit family. The hotel is clean and comfortable and super nice. Not many hotels I would stay at but having a clean room is big for me . The bathroom was clean and towels they made sure we had them for the three days we were there. It’s perfect spot for us for family so thank you keep up the good work. Having clean sheets and a clean room is a big deal. We did not have time for breakfast so I can’t really judge that part . Thank you!!!"

"A real gem in the Tug Hill! The hosts (and their pooches) are friendly and gracious. The setting and environment is mostly quiet and secluded except for the occasional ATV racket piercing the stillness. The frozen sausage, cheese and egg biscuits provided were surprisingly tasty. Two minor issues: if utilizing the air conditioner, the curtains must be left open relegating your privacy as secondary because the walkway to the rooms passes directly in front of the only room window. Also, the coffee is horrible! Suggest bringing your own coffee pods."

"The motel was clean and quiet. I will say that it was dated but that's what it is, an older motel that has been well maintained. We enjoyed our stay there and can recommend it to other travelers."
