I had a bad experience with this property. First the elevator didn't work to my floor which was the 4th floor. Secondly, the wifi and tv weren't working. Other than that the area was quite.

Excelente estadia.
El personal fue super amigable y amable todo el tiempo. Las instalaciones en excelentes condiciones y el area definitivamente es super segura y bien ubicada. Definitivamente lo tendre en cuentanpara futuros viajes a CDMX.

Practical & affordable
A practical apartment in a very safe area. A bit older. The layout of the two bedroom apartments leave little kitchen space, but two bedrooms and a kitchen at a very good price! Small, small bathroom. Do it’s not luxury, but practical enough that I’ve stayed here 10+ days two years in a row.

Great place, secure, excellent location. Blocks away from WTC, restaurants, excellent place for the price. Just not much privacy, since blinds are trans lucid at living room, bedroom totally private though, but not a big issue.

Met my needs completely--affordable apartment.
Completely met my needs. Comfortable apartment with a kitchen in an excellent location and at a very affordable price. Stayed 10 nights. Excellent restaurants nearby. Access to Metrobus a few blocks away. Access to subway half a mile away. Clean (but not new), friendly staff (but the budget doesn't go to a lobby). I needed a two-bedroom apartment for a reasonable price and this was an excellent fit. Very happy with Rochester 10 and hope to stay here again in the future.

hola buenas tardes espero y este muy bien , amablemente le dimos la opción de esperar la hora o pagar el monto requerido ,sentimos los inconvenientes y le ofrecemos una disculpa , cuando vuelva hospedarse aquí ya no tendrá que esperar y no se le hará el cobro de nada si llega a la hora del check in que es a las 3 pm , gracias y perdón por el inconveniente , lo esperamos la próxima ocasion

Do not rely on the pictures posted from the property. They are misleading and are not accurate. This is an apartment building that has been adapted as a small rb&b/hotel. Your room will not be an entire apartment but only a room from an apartment. Outside of your room, everything is shared space. No se basen solamente en las fotos de la propiedad para reservar. Son engañosas y no reflejan la realidad. Este es un edificio de departamentos adaptado para ser rb&b/hotel. Tu cuarto no sera un departamento entero, solo sera un cuarto de un departamento entero y todas las areas comunes fuera del cuarto son espacios compartidos.

La estancia bien , cama bien cómoda para dormir , cambiaria almohadas. Las toallas necesitan un cambio y los baños pudieran estar más limpios varias veces tuvimos que pedir los destaparan el agua se empoza. Relación precio calidad excelente ubicación excelente trato excelente .

Están las instalaciones bien, pero no sirve la televisión y no tengo en qué entretenerme, vino el técnico y no puede hacer nada, la atención no es buena respecto a la recepción y no tienen estacionamiento

En general es un buen alojamiento a un precio justo, podrían tener detalles como agua de cortesía, algo que se acostumbra en cualquier hotel. La ubicación es perfecta, la atención muy bien también. El mal rato se debió a su elevador que se atora, tienen un aviso para saber qué hacer pero es mala experiencia quedarse atrapado 2 minutos en un elevador.
