"Amazing! Friendly staff always asking if you need anything. Beautiful place. The valet included with the hotel is very convenient since the hotel is located in a busy area where parking is far. Located in a beautiful place tons of food options and stores walking distance"

"Very clean room but sparse (no coffee machine, fridge, etc.). The staff was nice upon check in and helpful overall. However, the night time receptionist wasn’t that nice. The shower was very nice and had hot water. The bed was comfortable and the room had plenty of space. The room is not soundproof and had a hard time sleeping on the weekend as the bars around the place were very loud and until 5AM!!! I was on the top floor too, I would recommend requesting a room not facing the street (Calle Florencia). The area is extremely convenient - lots of bars, restaurants, transportation, and tours can easily pick you up there."

"Staff was amazing helpful and friendly, and yes the breakfast buffet was great, our room was very clean and quiet, just maybe the coach in the hallway after the lobby needs to be replaced , other than that everything was good"
