I landed at terminal 2 of Benito Juarez Mexico City Airport. I proceeded to find on my reservation (sent by Marriott Bonvoy app) to locate exactly where is situated the Courtyard Hotel.
::: STRIKE 1... no indication on the reservation in which terminal is the hotel.
::: STRIKE 2... I called the local Courtyard reception desk twice and no one answered.
::: STRIKE 3... by the time I found an information desk within the 4 terminal, gargantuan Benito Juarez Mexico City Airport, and finally directed to terminal 1, now the challenge was to find train. Once in terminal 1, I would challenge anyone to find a reasonable sign indicating where the hotel might be. IN FACT the first sign seen for the hotel is about 25 feet before the door in an non-descript corridor. Basically it took me almost an hour to find the hotel.
RECOMMENDATION : Save yourselves the frustration, make a reservation in a nearby "offsite" hotel with shuttle service and you will be better off.
