Booked a room described as “king or two doubles.” I was under the impression that the customer would choose which bed option, rather than the hotel choosing. And the hotel chose the option I didn’t want. We just made the most of it. The room was average size, bathroom dated, and the shower drain wasn’t at the lowest point in the floor so water pooled up in the shower. Bed was comfortable. AC would not cool the room at all. We wanted it a bit cooler, but even running the AC for hours it wouldn’t cool down to 72 degrees. I wouldn’t stay here again with so many other options in a similar area.

Very good location, close to many historical sites and night life. The staff was always very helpful and the cleaning service did a very good job every day of my stay. Recommended!

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, I only stayed for one night and it has all the amenities needed, also the breakfast is quite good, I've been in the city many times and this area has everything that you need, and the Laila Hotel was one of the best options in here because of pricing, ease of transport, amenities. I will come back again in the future.

I liked the location, it is very convenient, walking distance to restaurants, banks, stores. What I did not like was the room, it was too dark, and the air conditioning was set to 24C impossible to change it, so the room was quite warm. I was on the 4th floor, and it was very noisy, if you have sleep problems, try to get a room far away from the street.

This hotel was great. My room was spacious and modern. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of many restaurants and “El Ángel de la Independencia.” The room was pretty quiet at night but somewhat noisy during the mornings due to traffic. Overall, my stay was excellent. I will stay again. Highly recommended.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. That's the highlight of this hotel. The rooms are not what a four star hotel is. No fridge in the room was a bummer but staff helped us nicely.
