"The room was clean and ready. The bed was comfortable, but we were happy we brought our own pillows. This motel is at the north end of town, and there were really no dinner options without driving back into town, in the dark and the rain. As we were going north, it was nice in the morning to grab breakfast (provided) and hit the freeway without having to go back through town."

For example, morning coffee was promised in the lobby, but there wasn't any. Guests had to go to the restaurant and stand around and wait. The hotel is modern and beautiful and in a lovely location. But not friendly. "

"The shower curtain rod was broken which made the curtain stay wide open during showering. Water got all over the place. I woke up and was going to make coffee in the coffee pot in the room and the coffee compartment was missing. The room’s heating unit was blasting heat at the lowest temp setting. All in all I will not stay here again. "
