The front desk team was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.The room was spotless, spacious, and felt like a true home away from home. The full kitchen was a huge plus perfect for a longer stay and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything was modern, quiet, and well-maintained.Breakfast each morning was fresh and had plenty of great options, and I loved the relaxing atmosphere in the lounge area. The location was also super convenient, close to restaurants, shopping, and just a short drive to downtown Grand Rapids.
