"The front desk clerk set my wake up call for 2 am when I asked for a 3 am call; there was a noticeable sized spider on my bed and I was on the 4th floor; the water for tea was luke warm at best; free breakfast started at 7 and I left for the airport at 4 am; just felt really "average" to me for $200"

"Room was fine but toilet bowl was dirty with trace of human waste. Took me an hour and 45 minutes to get in and have a room even though I arrived at 12:15 AM and tried to use the courtesy phone but nobody answered for 45 minutes. The person in charge for the evening is not answering the phone and maybe sleeping. I even call the day before to inform them that my plane is coming late and I may check-in around midnight. Only when I called the reservation phn no did I get to talk to someone to tell them that I was in the lobby waiting for someone to check me in. I will never use this hotel for having irresponsible employee. "
